A couple of years ago I was this small chubby girl who needed a change (I won’t post before and after because
I am not a fan 😁). However, I decided to become fit, to lose weight and to be as healthy as I can. Yes, I did lose
weight back then but I did it the wrong way because of a lack of knowledge. Now I experiment, read and
listen to experts what is the best way to exercise, recover and perform better.

My Sports

Sport is part of my life for more than 15 years now where most of that time (~13 years), I was а badminton player for my home town's team. Do not get me wrong, I am still playing . Also, when I moved to the Netherlands three years ago, I started practising yoga, CrossFit, Fitness and running. Upss, I forgot to mention the hiking 🥾
