Everyone asks himself, “who do I want to be?”.

I also asked myself this question, and the result was:

  • someone who is in the help of the closest ones and the society
  • someone who spreads the passion for sport and an active lifestyle
  • someone who tries to be an example for the others with the lifestyle attributes

I am Ani, and I will be glad to talk with you about whatever you want to ask regarding sport, exercise, movements, recovery, and better performance.

My Sports

Sport is part of my life for more than 16 years now where most of that time (~14 years), I was а badminton player for my hometown's team. Do not get me wrong, I am still playing and hope to continue for many years more. As part of my sports list and active hobbies are also
yoga, CrossFit, Fitness, running, climbing, and hiking 🥾
