Do we meet in person?

No. All coaching is 100% remote, via Zoom or a similar platform, with follow-ups by message or email. It's effective, efficient, and built for real life.

What happens during a session?

We dive in fast. We clarify your why, assess your current state through tests, indicators, or reflection, and I give you tools to apply in real life. Once we find what works, we build it into a habit. You leave each session with clarity, pressure, and a decision - not fluff.

Do you work with beginners?

I work with people who are ready. You can be a complete beginner if you're serious. But if you want hand-holding, quick fixes, or hacks - I'm not your guy.

What kind of clients do you work with?

Entrepreneurs, high performers, overwhelmed parents, burned-out athletes, former warriors. People who want to own their habits, health, and headspace. If you're ready to build something real, we'll get along.

Do you write workout or meal plans?

No. I won't send you PDFs. I'll help you discover what works best for your biology, time, and goals - and help you build systems and habits that last.

Do you offer packages or memberships?

Most people start with a single session. Some move to the 6-session Transformation Package, valid for 300 days. You come back when you're ready - usually less often over time - until you don't need direction anymore. No pressure. No subscription. Just real progress.
