How the 1-1 Coaching Process Works

1. Baseline assessment. Data first.

We start by understanding where you actually are. Not how you feel. Not what you assume.

Depending on your profile and goals, this may include:

• Blood work and laboratory markers

• DNA testing, when relevant

• Imaging and body composition analysis, including DEXA

• VO2 max and cardiorespiratory capacity

• Movement, strength, and recovery indicators

• Lifestyle and stress load review

The goal is clarity.

We don’t build plans on guesses.

2. Resource analysis. Reality matters.

No system works if it ignores reality.

We map the resources you actually have:

• Time availability

• Frequency of possible interventions

• Training and recovery capacity

• Budget and external constraints

This step determines what is sustainable.

Not what looks good on paper.

3. Plan 1. Simple, focused, executable.

We begin with Plan 1.

Not the perfect plan. The right starting plan.

Plan 1 is:

• minimal enough to fit your life

• structured enough to create signal

• designed to stick, not impress

We start working immediately.

4. Iteration and updates. Until it sticks.

Plans evolve only when behavior stabilizes.

We adjust:

• frequency

• volume

At defined intervals, we step back.

We reassess:
