Most people start with a single session. Some move on to the 6-session Transformation Package ($2,400) – valid for 300 days.
We work together and you leave with a clear plan (your homework).
You come back when you’re ready – usually less often over time – until you don’t need direction anymore.

No.
All coaching is 100% remote – via Zoom or a similar platform.
You get follow-ups by message or email.
